Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pyliq ("we", "our", or "us"), a Canadian company, governing your use of Getaway: Bhabhi Card Game (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or playing the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

The app is rated 4+ and may be used by anyone. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to provide personal information.

2. Your Account

The app creates an anonymous account automatically on first launch using a randomly generated device identifier — no email or password is required. You may optionally set a display name visible to other players in multiplayer rooms.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. Because accounts are tied to a device, reinstalling the app will create a new account. We are not responsible for loss of account data resulting from reinstallation, device loss, or device replacement.

3. Virtual Currency

The app includes a virtual coin system. Coins are earned by playing games, collecting daily bonuses, and watching optional rewarded video advertisements.

• Coins have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, goods, or services.
• Coins cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We may adjust coin balances, earning rates, or costs at any time without notice.
• Coins may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• We do not currently offer the purchase of coins with real money. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its servers
• Harvest or collect data about other users without their consent
• Use your display name to impersonate others or to display offensive, hateful, or harmful content
• Attempt to access accounts belonging to other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

5. Advertising

The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Rewarded video ads are entirely optional — you may choose to watch them in exchange for bonus coins. Interstitial ads may appear at the end of certain game sessions. All advertising practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including but not limited to graphics, card designs, game logic, audio, text, and the Getaway name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Pyliq and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication) and Google AdMob (advertising). Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as applicable. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice or liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyliq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
